• Global sales of HSP hot rolled sheet piles and all related products
• Collecting and following
up on sales opportunities
• Operating projects from
offer to invoice including L/C processing
• Preparation and
negotiation of sales contracts
• Following up on project
progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and at high quality
•
Researching/Analysing markets
and increasing the company's product market share
• Establishing and
regularly updating customer information database (CRM)
Requirements
• Graduated in
Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering - University, Technical College or comparable
education combined with long term Experience in above mentioned field of works
• Several
years of relevant working experience is a PLUS
• Analytical and
organizational thinking and
independent working manner
• A high
degree of communication, team and customer service skills
• Professional
handling of common business programs and MS Office applications
• Fluent in
German language and good commands in English. Chinese language is not required,
however it is an advantage.
• Fulltime
valid working visa for Germany is required - no student visa.

Area of responsibility
• Operational order controlling
• Reporting and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to the headquarters and according to HGB and IFRS
• Execution of plan-actual deviation analysis, business evaluations and reporting to the management
• Creation of budgets and forecasts (balance sheet/income statement)
• Creation of short and long-term liquidity planning
• Optimization and further development of company and project controlling as well as the internal reporting system
Requirements
•
Completed Business Administration education (University/College) with a
focus on controlling and/or external accounting or a comparable
qualification, e.g. experienced Accountant
• Preferably a few years of relevant work experience
• Analytical thinking and independent working manner
• A high degree of communication, team and conflict management skills
• Professional handling of common business programs and MS Office applications
• Good English knowledge, both written and spoken. Chinese language is not necessary, however it is an advantage.
